目的 了解细胞凋亡相关蛋白 Fas和 Fas L 的表达在桥本甲状腺炎发病机制及病理变化中的作用及意义 .方法 采用免疫组织化学方法和图像分析 ,检测 1 7例桥本甲状腺炎患者甲状腺标本中 Fas和 Fas L的表达及分布 .结果 在桥本甲状腺炎的甲状腺滤泡细胞中 Fas和 Fas L的免疫染色阳性率和免疫染色强度均显著高于非毒性甲状腺组 (P<0 .0 1 ) .桥本甲状腺炎中 Fas和 Fas L免疫染色强阳性甲状腺滤泡细胞多分布于浸润淋巴滤泡附近 ,浸润淋巴细胞中 Fas,Fas L 免疫染色较弱 .结论 桥本甲状腺炎中 Fas,Fas L 在甲状腺滤泡细胞中呈有特征性分布的高表达 ,浸润淋巴细胞 Fas,Fas L表达较少 ,提示甲状腺滤泡细胞可能通过自身表达 Fas和Fas L产生凋亡 ,致甲状腺滤泡萎缩、破坏 ,也可能是形成淋巴滤泡的主要原因之一
Objective To investigate the role and significance of the expression of apoptosis-related proteins Fas and Fas L in pathogenesis and pathological changes of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods Thyroid specimens from 17 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were detected by immunohistochemistry and image analysis In the thyroid follicular cells of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.The positive rates of immunostaining and immunostaining for Fas and Fas L were significantly higher than those of non-toxic thyroid (P <0.01) ) Hashimoto’s thyroiditis Fas and Fas L immunostaining strongly positive thyroid follicular cells were distributed around the infiltration of lymphoid follicles, infiltrating lymphocytes Fas, Fas L immunostaining weak.Conclusion Hashimoto’s thyroiditis Fas, Fas L in thyroid follicular cells showed a characteristic distribution of high expression of infiltrating lymphocytes Fas, Fas L less expression, suggesting thyroid follicular cells may express their own expression of Fas and Fas L apoptosis caused by thyroid follicular atrophy, Vandalism may also be one of the major causes of lymphoid follicles
