目的 研究单用氯胺酮及氯胺酮伍用安定对犬缺氧性肺血管收缩的影响 .方法 健康杂种犬 9只 ,麻醉后建立血流动力学和呼吸气体监测 ,控制呼吸 ,吸入气体由 O2 ,N2 组成 .监测并记录血流动力学指标和吸入气体 .分两组进行实验 :A组单独 iv氯胺酮 ,B组 iv氯胺酮伍用安定 .两组均先降低 Fi O2 至 0 .1 2 ,血流动力学稳定后测其值 .然后 A组 iv氯胺酮 2 mg·kg- 1 ,B组 iv氯胺酮 2 mg·kg- 1 伍用安定 0 .2 m g·kg- 1 ,再分别测血流动力学指标并与各自对照组比较 .结果 A组各项血流动力学参数与对照组无显著差异 . B组 :MPAP较对照组有显著差异 .结论 iv氯胺酮伍用安定与单用氯胺酮相比能显著抑制缺氧性肺血管收缩
