工程塑料注射模具大都用机械加工及电加工工艺制作。但对于一些微型的形状复杂的工程塑料注射模具,用常规方法往往难以制成。某厂在试制机械式计数器过程中,有一个微型涡轮工程塑料注射模用常规方法制造不出来,我们用粉末冶金工艺试制成了这种涡轮注射模,使该厂机械式计数器得以试制成功并大批投入生产。这在微型复杂形状工程塑料模具制造上是一种新尝试。 图1 为涡轮工程塑料注射模。齿型型腔部分表面光洁度要求▽_7以上,工作温度在360℃左右。
