福定碱(ford(?)ne=L81-51),又名石杉碱甲(huperzine-A),是从石杉科的华南马尾杉[Phleg-mariurus fordii(Baker)Ching]及千层塔[Huper-zia serrata(Thunb.)Trev.]等植物中提出的新生物碱。实验证明具有较强的胆碱脂酶抑制作用,治疗重症肌无力,精神分裂症,老年性记忆力减退等症有一定效果。因此,近年来引起人们对其分类、资源、化学及药理作用的研究兴趣。本文仅就其植物资源及药理作用研究概述如下。植物资源研究七十年代初期,在寻找胆碱脂酶抑制剂及肌松剂时,发现石杉科的华南马尾杉及千层塔等植物有一定效果,随着研究工作的深入,对其资源研究越来越引起人们的重视。杨纯瑜从1975年开始对全国各主要植物标本室的石松植物标本进行鉴定和整理,结合野外调查采集,初步澄清中国石松植物有70种8变种,南北各省区均
Fuding Alkali (ford(?)ne=L81-51), also known as Huperzine-A, is a Phine-mariurus fordii (Baker) Ching from the Huperzaceae family and a thousand-story tower. This article only summarizes the research on its plant resources and pharmacological effects as follows. Plant Resources Research In the early 1970s, in the search for cholinesterase inhibitors and muscle relaxants, it was found that the plants of the Hedyophyllaceae, such as southern China’s Taxodium, and the Melaleuca pylori, have certain effects. In 1975, Yang Chunyu began to identify and sort the specimens of Pinus sylvestris plants in the main herbariums of the country.
