正因为中国内需不振,扩内需才一直是各种经济工作会议的重中之重。12月5日召开的中央经济工作会议,再次强调要以扩大内需特别是增加居民消费需求为重点。这固然是切中要害,但不得不指出,即便一再强调扩内需,普通民众的消费权利仍在很大程度上被剥夺。这主要体现在两个方面,一是贫富之间、政府与居民之间消费增长过于悬殊,二是消费的选择权被剥夺,大部分民间资金流向了房地产、汽车、医疗等行业。
Due to the sluggish domestic demand in China, expanding domestic demand has always been the top priority of various economic work conferences. On December 5, the Central Economic Work Conference once again stressed that we should focus on expanding domestic demand, especially increasing consumer demand. While this is a crucial point, it must be pointed out that the ordinary people’s right to consumption is still being largely deprived even after repeated emphasis on expanding domestic demand. This is mainly reflected in two aspects: First, between the rich and the poor, the growth in the consumption between the government and the residents is disproportionately large. Second, the consumer’s right to choose is deprived of it. Most of the private capital flows to the real estate, automobile and medical industries.
