节约能源是一项长期的战略任务。九年来冶金部华东办事处运用办事处的特殊地位,组织了节能技术服务队,为企业开展节能技术咨询服务,解决了一些企业由于缺少热工专业人员,能源管理工作薄弱、推行节能新技术也苦于缺乏技术力量、技术信息闭塞、能耗高等难题,为冶金工业的节能增产作出了贡献,本文介绍了华东办事处组织节能服务队,开展技术咨询活动的具体做法。
Saving energy is a long-term strategic task. In the past nine years, the East China Office of the Ministry of Metallurgical Affairs has used the special status of its offices to organize energy-saving technical service teams and provide energy-saving technical advisory services to enterprises. Some enterprises, due to lack of thermal professionals and weak energy management, have also introduced new energy-saving technologies Suffer from the lack of technical force, technical information is blocked, high energy consumption problems, for the metallurgical industry, energy-saving production has contributed to the increase, this article describes the East China Office organization of energy service team to carry out technical consulting activities specific practices.
