陕西钢厂于1987年与省政府签订了企业承包经营合同,落实了上交利润定额包干,开始了承包经营。由于承包制的实行,调动了广大职工的生产积极性,促进了生产的发展。就在承包的当年就取得了建厂以来最好的生产经营成果。这一年各项承包指标全面实现,工业总产值突破一亿元,利税达到2810万元,比上年增长26.18%,主要消耗指标都创历史最好水平,企业效益的增长超过了产值的增长,跨入了省级先进企业的行列。
