山西省沁源县五龙川公社在太岳山脉茂密森林之中,森林覆盖率为76.6%,素有“油松之乡”之称。长期以来,公社党委坚持“以防为主,以消为辅”的消防工作方针,把护林防火作为本社治安保卫的重点,做到了三十二年无火灾,有效地保护了天然油松实验林、灵空寺的风景林和特种用途林、正是“油松之乡春常在,灵空迭翠郁葱葱。”安全敎育常抓不放三十多年来,公社领导数易其人,而公社党委重视护林防火的光荣传统不变, Wulongchuan commune in Qinyuan County, Shanxi Province, is in the dense forest of Taiyue Mountains with a forest coverage rate of 76.6% and is known as the hometown of Pinus tabulaeformis.
