研究人体毛发、血液、尿及病理解剖组织中微量及痕量重金属含量的方法显得日益重要,已成为现代环境毒理学急待解决的课题,它与致病、致癌与致畸等问题有关。目前有关人发中重金属元素的极谱溶出法测定很少,文献曾在0.1MNH_4C_1(PH2~4)底液中,用线性变位示波极谱逆向伏安法测定Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn.资料在邻苯二甲酸氢钾(PH~4)底液中,测定了Cd、Pb、Cu。
Methods of studying trace amounts and trace heavy metals in hair, blood, urine and pathological anatomy of human body have become increasingly important and have become an urgent problem to be solved in modern environmental toxicology. They are related to diseases, carcinogenesis and teratogenicity. At present, the determination of heavy metal elements in human hair by polarographic dissolution method is seldom reported in the literature 0.1MNH_4C_1 (PH2 ~ 4) at the end of liquid, linear displacement oscillopolarographic reverse voltammetric determination of Cu, Pb, Cd, Zn The data were determined for Cd, Pb and Cu in potassium hydrogen phthalate (PH ~ 4).
