北京半导体材料业蓬勃发展

北京是中国最大、水平最高的半导体硅材料科研开发、生产基地,拥有有研半导体材料股份有限公司、国泰半导体材料有限公司、北京中科镓英有限公司及北京圣科佳电子有限责任公司等半导体材料开发、生产的企业群体,产量占国内总产量的30%以上。目前有研半导体材料股份有限公司已建成并通过国家验收的我国第一条可满足0.25微米线宽集成电路需求,年产能力6000万平方英寸的8英寸硅单晶抛光片生产线,标志着北京为全国IC产业发展又做出了一项重要贡献,为更多8英寸芯片生产线转移到我国,提供了一个重要条件。北京中科镓英有限公司、北京圣科佳电子有限责任公司是我国研制砷化镓半导体材料的龙头企业,两家公司已分别试产的具有国际水平的6英寸砷化镓片生产线,将为我国半导体材料的生产和应用拓展出更广阔的领域。 Beijing is China’s largest and highest level semiconductor silicon material research and development, production base, with research Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., Cathay Pacific Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., Beijing Branch gallium British Co., Ltd. and Beijing St. Ke Jia Electronics Co., Ltd. and other semiconductor Materials development, production of enterprise groups, output accounts for more than 30% of domestic output.
