桂林市象山区检察院坚持以制度建设为重点,突出抓好教育学习制、责任制、思想动态分析制、风险金抵押制、家访制、监督考评制,把党风廉政建设与反腐败工作贯穿到检察工作的始终,干警思想建设得到进一步提升。2008年1月14日,该院对班子成员、中层以上干部和干警进行了年度综合民主测评,全部达到称职以上,在全院控制15%的优秀名额的情况下,班子成员个人优秀率均超过30%。2007年12月21日,桂林市检察院对该院领导班子和中层以上干部执行党风廉政建设与反腐败工作情况进行了民主测评,满意率为100%。该院自1980
