本文根据工程结构可靠性设计的基本原理并参考最近编写的《国家标准:铁路工程结构设计统一标准》(征求意见稿),对铁路混凝土桥梁可靠性设计原理和方法进行简单介绍。文内还对铁路桥涵设计规范改革的有关问题提出一些初步意见,供参考。
Based on the basic principle of reliability design of engineering structure and with reference to the recently prepared “National Standard: Unified Standard for Railway Engineering Structural Design” (Draft for Soliciting Opinions), this paper gives a brief introduction of the reliability design principles and methods of railway concrete bridges. The article also put forward some preliminary opinions on the issues concerning the design reform of railway bridges and culverts for reference.
