通过镜铁山水电站工程总承包管理实践,初步认识到实施以设计为单位为主体的设计、采购、施工、试运行工程总承包(EPC)管理模式,可充分发挥和利用设计单位技术、人才和管理优势;目前我国正处在建设市场迅猛发展时期,各甲级设计院也正在积极投身于工程总承包业务开展,水利水电行业,要鉴借国内外其他行业已有经验,探索出一个既符合国际建筑市场惯例,又适合我国国情的工程总承包管理模式,走出一条适合设计单位特色的工程总承包管理之路,使我国水电行业工程总承包业务得到健康有序发展。
Through the practice of general contracting management of Jingtishan Hydropower Station project, it has been preliminarily realized that EPC (EPC) management mode of design, procurement, construction and trial operation with designing as the unit as the main body can be fully realized and utilized.
