企业成本控制的有效实施,离不开在整个企业要进行成本控制文化建设。其中,如何让成本控制在高层、中层甚至于所有员工中,产生根深蒂固的成本观念,则是成本控制的关键所在。对于成本控制,文化的宣传以及企业绩效制度的设计、实施,都是非常重要的。
