保密资格是国家对武器科研生产单位保密基本条件的评价和认可,是单位承担涉密武器装备科研生产任务的必要条件。东南大学针对民口高校保密工作的特点,创立保密责任四级体系,健全保密组织机构,完善保密规章制度,强化保密监督管理,创新保密工作思路,建立具有东大特色的保密工作长效机制。
Confidentiality qualification is the evaluation and approval by the state of the basic conditions for the secrecy of weapons research and production units, and is the necessary condition for the unit to undertake the research and production tasks of classified weapons and equipment. In accordance with the characteristics of confidential work in Minkou University, Southeast University established a four-level system of confidential duties, improved the confidentiality organization, improved the confidentiality rules and regulations, strengthened confidential supervision and management, innovated the concept of confidentiality, and established a long-term mechanism for confidential work with Dongdaemun characteristics.
