口语交际就是凭借听、说,进行交流、沟通,传递信息、联络感情、处理问题。小学低年级学生,说话常常缺乏完整性、连贯性、规范性。他们观察事物往往比较粗略,有时甚至对眼前的事物视而不见,听而不闻。所以教师要教他们学会看、听和感觉,要教他们学会正确、规范地说话。既要利用语文教学有意识地培养,还要在课内外创设各种交际情境,让每个学生无拘无束地进行口语交流,在日常生活中积极主动地锻炼口语交际的能力。
