1996年,昆明市农牧学校出台了一项规定:凡申报高级职称者,必须在本校履行6年班主任职务;申报中级职称的教师,必须在本校履行3年班主任职务。这一规定让部分青年教师暗吃一惊。这一年,我恰好调到昆明市农牧学校任教,还没有完成由一名非师范专业毕业生到一名教师的角色转换,就被安排当班主任,一当就是三届。
In 1996, Kunming Agriculture and Animal Husbandry School promulgated a regulation: Those who declare high-level titles must perform 6-year class teacher positions in their own schools; and teachers who declare mid-level professional titles must perform 3-year class teacher positions in their own school. This provision surprised some of the young teachers. This year, I just transferred to teaching in Kunming Agriculture and Animal Husbandry School, has not completed the transition from a non-teacher professional graduates to a teacher role, it was arranged for duty director, once that is three.
