对于初学乒乓球的少年儿童,熟悉球性是入门的第一步,对球性的了解包括:球拍在击球时和摩擦时的弹性;球碰击球拍后的运动特征;球落到物体上反弹方向等弹跳规律和培养执拍手臂控制球拍的能力,使之初步建立良好的球感。其练习方法有:1.自抛自接:练习者手持乒乓球垂直向上抛起,待球下落时接住。待练熟后可将球高抛起,立即原地转体360度,再用手接住下降的球。2.抓反弹球:练习者一手持乒乓球站立,将球击向墙壁或地面,当球弹起即伸手向下抓球。3.连续抓放台面反弹球:练习者手拿
