慢性肾衰(CRF)是多种病因所致肾脏慢性损害,发病率高,变化快,预后差。日前除血液透析外,尚无特效治疗措施。近年来,我们应用藻酸双酯钠,大黄为主治疗36例慢性肾衰病人,取得了较好效果,现将病例总结如下。 1 临床资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 36例慢性肾衰病人,男20例,女16例,平均年龄46岁(最大74岁,最小14岁),病程1～10年,平均4年。原发病慢性肾炎15例,多囊肾3例,肾结核2例,狼疮肾1例。
Chronic renal failure (CRF) is a chronic kidney damage caused by a variety of causes, with a high incidence, rapid change and poor prognosis. In addition to hemodialysis, there is no effective treatment. In recent years, we use sodium alginate, rhubarb-based treatment of 36 patients with chronic renal failure, and achieved good results, the case is summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data and methods 1.1 General Information 36 cases of chronic renal failure patients, 20 males and 16 females, mean age 46 years (up to 74 years old, minimum 14 years old), duration of 1 to 10 years, an average of 4 years. Primary chronic nephritis in 15 cases, polycystic kidney in 3 cases, 2 cases of renal tuberculosis, lupus kidney in 1 case.
