编辑同志:贵刊1983年第一期上发表了魏克忠同志的《热油式空气预热器的改进》一文,介绍了热油式空气预热器改用双层管板结构,以防止漏油着火的情况。我愿提供下述情况,对这一问题再作一下探讨。自1979年9月我国第一台热油式空气预热器在上海炼油厂投产以来,迄今全国已有近30台建成投用。这些预热器的管箱都用单层管板,管板与翅片管间先胀后焊,到目前为止,它们绝大多数都运转良好。例如,上海炼油厂的热油式预热器,已运转三年半,81年5月装置停工时还曾全部打开检查,未发现任何部位漏油,并

Since September 1979 China’s first hot oil air preheater was put into operation in Shanghai refinery, so far nearly 30 units have been completed and put into use. These preheater tube boxes are single-layer tube plate, tube sheet and fin tube between the first expansion and then welded, so far, most of them are well-functioning.
