房地产是关乎国计民生的产业,近些年,我国房地产业发展迅速,带动了钢铁、电力、运输等相关行业的发展,促进了我国经济的发展。但是,房地产业过热不仅威胁着房地产金融的安全,也深刻影响着广大人民的生活水平及国家经济的正常运行。本文选择以西安市为例对房地产业市场进行分析,进而对房地产业宏观调控提出一些政策建议,期望能为房地产业的健康发展提供一定的参考价值。
Real estate is an industry related to national economy and the people’s livelihood. In recent years, the rapid development of real estate in our country has led to the development of related industries such as steel, electricity and transportation, and promoted the economic development of our country. However, overheating of the real estate industry not only threatens the safety of real estate finance, but also profoundly affects the living standard of the broad masses of people and the normal operation of the national economy. This article chooses Xi’an as an example to analyze the real estate market, and then puts forward some policy recommendations on the macro regulation and control of the real estate industry, hoping to provide some reference value for the healthy development of the real estate industry.
