教育事业是我国社会主义建设的重要基础,事关全面建设小康社会的进程。从总体上看,女职工在教学、教研和教学管理方面占有重要地位,是一支不可缺少的重要力量。特别是在社会快速发展,知识经济主导国计民生的今天,如何调动广大女职工的积极性,发挥女职工的创造性,维护女职工的合法权益,保证女职工的权益不受侵害,使教师队伍稳定已是教育系统当今面临的首要任务。本文主要结合油田工作实际,对新时期教育系统维护女职工合法权益谈几点粗浅的看法。
Education is an important foundation for China’s socialist construction and a process related to building an overall well-to-do society. Generally speaking, women workers occupy an important position in teaching, teaching and research and teaching management and are an indispensable and important force. Especially in the rapid social development and the knowledge-based economy leading national economy and people’s livelihood, how to mobilize the enthusiasm of women workers, give full play to the creativity of female workers, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of female workers, ensure the rights and interests of female workers are not infringed, and make the teaching staff stable? The primary task facing the education system today. This article mainly combined with the actual work of the oilfield, the new era of education system to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of women workers talk to a few superficial view.
