一、三年来的工作回顾我区小央企业财政驻厂员机构区处成立于1987年5月,全区14个地、市(含防城港区,下同)财政局中央企业财政驻厂员科(组)成立于1988年6月。三年多来,在区财政厅和各地、市财政局的重视和支持下,目前全区已经配备中央企业财政驻厂员干部106人,管理着中央在广西的铁路、民航、邮电、电力、有色金属、黄金、船舶、机械制造、烟草、金融保险、外贸等行业的1750多户企业。财政部在我区派设的中央企业财政驻厂员机构,是财政部的直属机构,业务工作直接受财政部领导,日常工作和党团关系由区财政厅和各地、市财政局领导,是行使财政部对我区中央企业财务进行管理和监督的职能部门。财政部设置这个机构的目的,是为了进一步加强对中央企业进行党和国家财政方针,政策的宣传,帮助中央企业建立健全财务会计管理和核算制度,促进企业改善经营管理,提高经济效益;协调中央企业与地方各部门之间的联系,传递和交流各企业间的信息。三年来,大家围绕着这些方面做了许多的工作,取得了许多的成绩。归纳起来有以下这么几个方面。
