医患关系是医疗服务中最重要、最复杂的人际关系,建立良好的医患关系是保证医疗工作顺利进行的必要条件,也是构建和谐社会的基础。在新的形势下,这种关系呈现出紧张、对立的趋势。本文分析了当前医患关系的现状、存在的问题、产生医患矛盾的原因及改善措施,以便建立一种在相互理解和相互信任基础上的平等、公正、和谐和理性化的新型医患关系。
Doctor-patient relationship is the most important and complex interpersonal relationship in medical services. Establishing a good relationship between doctors and patients is a necessary condition for ensuring the smooth progress of medical work, and it is also the foundation for building a harmonious society. Under the new situation, this relationship has shown a tendency of tension and opposition.
