贫化电炉熔池内炉渣运动对炉子的热效率、有价金属的回收及使用寿命有重要影响。开发出圆柱坐标下kε方程模型流场计算程序,介绍了电磁力的计算方法,求解得炉渣的流速分布。计算结果表明:不同水平截面流场分布不同,在炉渣表层形成6个小旋涡,在电极插入深度以下区域水平截面形成一个大的循环流动,在纵截面每个电极附近形成2个大的循环流动。其结果与模型试验结果相吻合。
Slag furnace slag movement in the furnace thermal efficiency of the furnace, the recovery of valuable metals and have a significant impact on life. The flow field calculation program of k-ε equation under cylindrical coordinates was developed. The calculation method of electromagnetic force was introduced and the flow velocity distribution of slag was solved. The calculation results show that the flow field distribution is different at different horizontal sections, six small vortices are formed on the surface of the slag, a large circulation flow is formed at the horizontal section below the electrode insertion depth, and two large circulation flows are formed near each electrode in the longitudinal section . The result is consistent with the model test results.
