1988年,为了实施年产三万台桑塔纳变速器的技术改造项目,我厂从德国引进壳体生产线、总装线、八轴车床等共计67台套二手设备。这些设备大多制造于五六十年代,在国外已属于被淘汰设备。这批严重老化、故障频繁、缺少技术资料和备品配件的二手设备经过我们精心维护和保养,近10年来在桑塔纳变速器的生产中发挥了巨大作用,有效地缩短了变速器国产化的周期,培养了一支技术强、素质好的骨干队伍,同时也创造了显著的经济效益。
In 1988, in order to implement a technical transformation project for the annual production of 30,000 sets of Santana transmissions, our factory introduced a total of 67 sets of used equipment such as shell production lines, assembly lines, and eight-axis lathes from Germany. Most of these devices were manufactured in the 1950s and 1960s and have already been eliminated in foreign countries. This group of used equipment with severe aging, frequent breakdowns, lack of technical data and spare parts has been carefully maintained and maintained.
