本文报告新生儿心律失常8例,多数伴发于感染性疾病。部份属于心脏起搏传导系统未成熟所致的一过性心律失常,预后一般良好。但有文献报告新生儿心律失常也可引起紫绀,充血性心力衰竭等危重表现。需要正确诊断,及时抢救,在围产期医疗工作中应引起重视。
This article reports 8 cases of neonatal arrhythmia, most of them associated with infectious diseases. Part of the cardiac pacing conduction system caused by immature transient arrhythmia, the prognosis is generally good. However, there are literature reports of neonatal arrhythmias can also cause cyanosis, congestive heart failure and other critical performance. Need to correct diagnosis, timely rescue, in perinatal medical work should pay attention.
