病历摘要患者林××,女,11岁,学生,湖北省汉川县农村人。以发热、头痛1周,右上下肢瘫痪、失语2天,于1980年10月7日入院。患者于入院前1周开始呈不规则发热,伴有头痛头晕,右上下肢麻木,乏力。呕吐两次,为非喷射性。
Medical records Summary Lin × ×, female, 11 years old, student, Hanchuan County, Hubei Province, rural people. To fever, headache for 1 week, right upper limb paralysis, aphasia for 2 days, on October 7, 1980 admitted. Patients began irregular fever 1 week before admission, accompanied by headache and dizziness, right upper limb numbness, fatigue. Vomit twice, for non-jet sex.
