人一天必须要睡足8小时?美国抗癌协会的调查表明,每晚平均睡7~8小时的人,寿命最长;每晚平均睡4小时以下的人,有80%是短寿者。但北京朝阳医院睡眠呼吸疾病诊疗中心主任郭兮恒同时指出,不同年龄段的最佳睡眠时间是不同的,应按照自己的年龄科学睡眠。60岁以上老年人每天睡5.5~7小时老人应在每晚12点前睡觉,晚上睡觉的时间有7小时,甚至5.5小时就够了。
