射流抛光技术中,抛光液中颗粒粒径是影响抛光效果的非常重要的一个参数。利用自主研制的射流抛光实验机,采用定点冲击实验研究不同颗粒粒径下的被抛光表面的材料去除特性。实验结果表明,不同颗粒粒径定点冲击时工件表面材料去除均呈圆环状。随着颗粒粒径的增大,材料最大去除深度与材料去除体积呈单调非线性增加,这说明射流的材料去除能力随着颗粒粒径的增大而显著增加。但是,研究结果也表明材料最大去除的位置与射流中颗粒粒径无关,基本保持不变。研究结论有助于深入理解射流抛光中的材料去除机理。
Jet polishing technology, the particle size of the slurry is a polishing polishing effect of a very important parameter. The jet polishing experiment machine developed by ourselves was used to study the material removal characteristics of polished surfaces with different particle sizes by using fixed-point impact experiments. The experimental results show that the workpiece surface materials are all annular when the particle size is fixed by different particle sizes. With the increase of the particle size, the maximum depth of removal of the material increases monotonously and non-linearly with the removal volume of the material, which indicates that the material removal ability of the jet increases with the increase of the particle size. However, the results of the study also show that the maximum material removal position is independent of the particle size in the jet and remains essentially unchanged. The conclusions of the study help to understand the material removal mechanism in jet polishing.
