体育教师是学校实施体育教育的执行者,任何教育的改革成败,都要依据教师对于改革的认识态度、业务水平、个人素质等,体育教师要适应时代的发展要求,不断提高自身的业务能力、科研水平、心理素质。邓小平同志早在1982年曾提出:“一个学校能不能为社会主义建设培养合格的人才,培养德智体全面发展、有社会主义觉悟、有文化的劳动者,关键在教师。”当今社会竞争越来越激烈,学生心理素质的好坏是影响学生完成学业的主要因素,不久前发生的马加爵杀害4位同学的大案件,对于大学生心理教育有很大的促动。江泽民同志明确指出:“一个民族的新一代,没有强健的体魄和良好的心理素质,这个民族就没有力量,就不可能屹立于世界民族之林。”大学生是未来社会的建设者,是社会需要的高级专门人才,学校教育中,体育教师与学生除了语言交流外,身体接触最为直接、近距离,体育教师的言行直接影响学生,因此,体育教师心理教育能力的高低,对于改善大学生心理健康起着举足轻重的作用,本文对高校体育教师心理能力培养进行了讨论与分析。着重提高体育教师的心理教育能力,一切为了学生,为了学生的一切。
