故障现象:一辆扬子江YZJ250型摩托车,夜晚开前照灯运转,加大油门后熄火,不开前照灯时运转正常,且熄火后启动容易。 故障分析排除:启动发动机开前照灯,怠速运转平稳,中高速熄火,启动容易,由此不会是机械油路故障,电路肯定有毛病。仔细用万用表检查,硅整流器良好,蓄电池良好,检查各接线柱,发现由点火线圈初级线圈负极引出线至磁电机接线柱上似有接触不良现象。松开螺丝抽出导线,用砂纸仔细打磨端头,重新装配好。启动试车,打开前照灯,加大油门,路试正常,故障排除。
