金卡工程实施以来,除银行卡应用外,IC卡在国内的生产、应用发展迅猛。电子部组织骨干企事业单位,经过艰苦努力,已陆续开发成功多种IC卡卡用芯片。国家金卡工程办公室主任张琪指出:华大集成电路设计中心研制成功自主版权的IC卡芯片,标志着初创中的我国IC卡产业又迈上了一个新台阶。为使读者对此有更多的了解,特约请中国华大集成电路设计中心王芹生总裁撰写本文。
