目的回顾性总结及评价EP方案化疗与手术综合治疗38例小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的疗效。方法 38例SCLC患者,术前均用EP方案化疗2个周期后行肺癌根治手术,术后化疗4个周期以上,对术后满1a38例和术后满3a23例,满5a16例进行随访,分别观察1a、3a和5a生存率。结果 38例1a生存率为92.1%;21例3a生存率55.3%;16例5a生存率为42.1%。结论 EP方案化疗和手术外科联合治疗对III A分期以内的SCLC具有良好的治疗效果。
Objective To retrospectively review and evaluate the efficacy of EP chemotherapy and surgery in the treatment of 38 patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Methods 38 cases of SCLC patients were treated with EP regimen two weeks before radical resection of lung cancer and more than 4 cycles of postoperative chemotherapy. All patients were followed up for 1a38 cases and 3a23 cases after operation, and 5a16 cases were followed up Survival rates of 1a, 3a and 5a were observed. Results 38 cases of 1a survival rate was 92.1%; 21 cases 3a survival rate was 55.3%; 16 cases of 5a survival rate was 42.1%. Conclusion EP regimen combined with surgery and surgical treatment has good curative effect on SCLC within III A staging.
