五苓散具有运脾除湿,化气行水之作用。笔者以本方随证加减治疗多种疾病,获效满意,现举数例,以示本方功效之一斑。内耳性眩晕男患,45岁,1985年5月26日初诊。病起一周,眩晕耳鸣,频繁呕吐,两眼羞明怕光,口干渴。查两眼球有短暂水平性震颤,舌质淡,苔薄白,脉虚浮。证系脾不运湿,气化不行,水湿上犯,拟予运脾渗湿,化气行水。处方:川桂枝10克,生白术10克,猪茯苓各10克,泽泻15克,制半夏10克,制竹茹6克,车前子(包煎)
