川楝子加工方法改进

川楝子其核坚硬,有效成分难于煎出。《中华人民共和国药典》要求用时捣碎,又增加了调剂工作负担,所以,许多单位在加工时,用人工方法将其劈开或者打破,但此法工效低,每个工只能加工4~5公斤,而且,片形差,碎末多,不宜保管贮藏。我们通过几年反复摸索,找到应用卧式转盘切药机加工川楝子的方法。此法优点是:①工效高,每小时可切制川楝子250公斤,比原来用人工法提高几百倍。②片形好,碎末少,便于炒制、保管、贮藏。方法:将原药除去杂质,抢水洗净,晒至七成干,上机切片,文火微炒,喷淋盐水,炒干,放冷,筛去灰屑即得。注意:①要掌握好川楝子湿润程度,过干或者过湿,饮片碎末较多。②要掌握好切药机的进药斗座与刀盘内侧平面距离。刀刃与刀盘口的距离。最佳距离分别是0.6 cm,1.5 cm,过宽部分药材不易切到,过窄碎末较多。 Chuanxiong has a hard core and it is difficult for the active ingredient to be fried.
