对72 株临床分离的绿脓杆菌进行了药敏试验, 其中42 株检测了β-内酰胺酶及几种β-内酰胺酶基因同源序列在总DNA和质粒中的情况,并探讨了绿脓杆菌总DNA中不同β-内酰胺酶基因同源序列与不同β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药性的关系。结果显示, 绿脓杆菌有普遍耐药性和多重耐药性, 在42 株绿脓杆菌中有34 株产β-内酰胺酶, 阳性率80.95% , β-内酰胺酶基因同源序列在总DNA中的检出亦有普遍性和多重性的特点, 42 株菌总DNA 中检出PSE-1、TEM-1、SHV-2、OXA-1、OXA-2β-内酰胺酶基因同源序列2~4种不等, 其中有17 株菌分离到质粒(17/42), 这17株菌的质粒均检出1~2 种β-内酰胺酶基因同源序列不等。从酶基因的类型看,染色体介导的以PSE-1型为主,质粒介导的以TEM-1 型为主。Logistic回归分析显示β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药性与β-内酰胺酶基因的关系有3 种情况: (1) 与一种特定的β-内酰胺酶基因有关; (2) 与几种β-内酰胺酶基因有关; (3) 与β-内酰胺酶基因无关。
