目的 研究大肠肿瘤中P53及PCNA定量表达及临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化和图像分析技术对40例腺瘤、80例腺癌及15例正常粘膜P53和PCNA的含量进行研究。结果 正常粘膜P53表达阴性,腺瘤和腺癌中P53蛋白表达量差异显著(P<0.05),PCNA在正常粘膜、腺瘤、腺癌中表达量依次递增,且差异显著(P<0.01),PCNA表达与大肠癌的分化有关,与其它临床病理因素无关(P>0.05)。结论 P53和PCNA表达在大肠肿瘤发生中起重要作用,检测P53和PCNA表达量的变化有利于大肠癌早期诊断和预后判断。
Objective To study the quantitative expression and clinical significance of P53 and PCNA in colorectal tumors. Methods Immunohistochemistry and image analysis techniques were used to study the content of P53 and PCNA in 40 cases of adenoma, 80 cases of adenocarcinoma and 15 cases of normal mucosa. Results The expression of P53 in normal mucosa was negative. The expression of P53 protein in adenoma and adenocarcinoma was significantly different (P<0.05). The expression of PCNA in normal mucosa, adenoma, and adenocarcinoma increased in turn, and the difference was significant (P<0.01). The expression of PCNA was related to the differentiation of colorectal cancer and had no relationship with other clinicopathologic factors (P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of P53 and PCNA plays an important role in the development of colorectal neoplasms. Detection of changes in the expression of P53 and PCNA is beneficial to the early diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
