GB/T19000《质量管理和质量保证》系列标准定义明确而严谨,规定具体而实用,在目前我国企业管理水平多数还比较低的情况下,积极推行GB/T19000是十分必要的。和其他工作一样,要想在企业中实施好GB/T19000,同样要以标准化为基础。河北辛集化工厂在实施GB/T19000工作中,把一切工作都纳入了标准化的轨道,达到了推行GB/T19000的目的——用最经济的方法生产用户最满意的产品。目前该厂全部产品均已采用国际标准,并全部获部以上优质产品称号,成为全国化工系统率先实现部以上优质产品的全优企业和免检企业。辛集化工厂的实践说明,标准化在企业广泛推行GB/T19000工作中有着极其重要的作用。
GB/T19000 “Quality Management and Quality Assurance” series of standards is defined clearly and rigorously. The provisions are specific and practical. Under the circumstances that most of our country’s business management level is still relatively low, it is necessary to actively implement GB/T19000. Like other jobs, if you want to implement GB/T19000 in your company, you must also base it on standardization. In the implementation of GB/T19000 work, Hebei Xinji Chemical Factory put all its work into the standardization track and reached the goal of implementing GB/T19000—using the most economical method to produce the products that users are most satisfied with. At present, all of the plant’s products have adopted international standards, and all of them have gained the titles of superior quality products. They have become the first-rate enterprises and exempt enterprises that have taken the lead in realizing the superior quality products of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The practice of Xinji Chemical Factory shows that standardization plays an extremely important role in the extensive implementation of GB/T19000 work.
