判断胃癌患者的预后一般来说,病理组织学分级是一童要因素,分化愈差其预后亦差,而Nielsen认为测定癌细胞核体积亦可判断癌患者的预后。本文用体视学参量数值测癌细胞核的体积进行分级和判断预后,试图寻找更客观的标准。
Judging the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer In general, histopathological grading is a child factor. The worse the differentiation, the worse the prognosis. Nielsen believes that determining the size of cancer cells can also determine the prognosis of cancer patients. In this paper, stereoscopic data are used to measure the size of the cancer cell nucleus to classify and predict the prognosis, trying to find more objective criteria.
