A new set of tumor-associated antigens (MG-Ags) in rectal cancer, benign bowel disease, and normal human serum was detected by MG mouse anti-human gastric cancer monoclonal antibody immunoenzymatic method, and its serum levels before and after surgery were observed. Changes to explore its value in the diagnosis of rectal cancer. The mean OD value of MG-Ags detected by 25 normal persons plus the sum of 3 standard deviations was used as a positive threshold for judging tumors. The positive rate of detection of MG-Ags in 33 patients with rectal cancer was 69.7%. Benign intestinal disease The false positive rate in 25 cases was only 4%. In 5 cases of MG-Ags positive patients undergoing resection of rectal cancer, serum MG-Ags levels were significantly reduced at 8 to 10 days after surgery. The experimental results suggest that MG-Ags detection has a high clinical application value for rectal cancer.
