浅谈民办高职院校学生宿舍管理存在的问题——对广州工商职业技术学院三水校区学生宿舍管理现状的分析

随着高校办学规模的不断扩张,高校多校区办学已成为我国高等教育的普遍模式。新校区的出现,使学生宿舍管理与服务存在诸多问题,这些问题既有学生方面的,也有管理服务人员方面的。产生这些问题的原因主要是宿舍文化薄弱、管理服务人员素质偏低等,当然也有学生自身原因。要解决这些问题,就必须转变领导思想观念、提高管理服务人员素质、消除安全隐患、加强学生思想道德教育。

With the continuous expansion of the scale of running a university, the multi-campus running of colleges and universities has become a universal model for higher education in our country. The emergence of the new campus, student dormitory management and service there are many problems, these issues both students, but also the management of service personnel. The main reasons for these problems are weak dormitory culture, low quality of management service personnel, of course, there are students own reasons. To solve these problems, we must change the concept of leadership, improve the quality of management services, eliminate potential safety hazards, and enhance students’ ideological and moral education.
