在先后经历了产品经济时代、服务经济时代后,人类经济发展进入了体验经济时代,现在及未来社会经济发展的支柱将是以体验产业为支撑的体验经济。随着大众旅游时代的来临,游客对旅游体验的要求不断提高,住宿、餐饮、交通、购物、娱乐和导游服务等方面的要素服务质量水平被不断强调;同时城市旅游成为休闲旅游的主要形式之一,城市游憩商业区(城市RBD)成为城市旅游的主要要素集聚区。昆明市作为我国中国面向东南亚、南亚开放的门户城市,国家历史文化名城,我国重要的的休闲旅游城市之一,城市休闲旅游已经成为昆明的一张城市名片,而城市旅游的发展需要典型的要素集聚区的带动发展。本文以游憩服务质量为切入点,通过对昆明3处城市游憩商业区游憩满意度的实证研究,分析游憩服务质量对满意度的影响程度,揭示昆明城市游憩商业区在游憩服务质量方面存在的问题。
