20世纪90年代末以来,世界掀起了新一轮的区域经济一体化的浪潮,生产要素等的跨境流动以及优化配置日益增强,各个国家之间的经济相互开放与融合的程度大大加深。加入WTO以后,中国积极探索各种区域经济合作的机会,参与区域经济合作的脚步逐渐加快。东盟作为我们的近邻,自成立开始其内部各国的经济就取得了世人瞩目的成就,被看做为发展中国家间最为成功的区域性合作组织之一。于是2001年11月我国与东盟之间达成共识,要在未来10年内建成
Since the late 1990s, the world has set off a new wave of regional economic integration. The cross-border flow of production factors, etc., and its optimal allocation have been increasingly strengthened. The degree of economic openness and integration among various countries has greatly deepened. After joining the WTO, China has actively explored the opportunities for various types of regional economic cooperation and the pace of its participation in regional economic cooperation has gradually accelerated. ASEAN, as its immediate neighbor, has made remarkable achievements in the economies of its countries since its establishment and is regarded as one of the most successful regional cooperative organizations among developing countries. Therefore, in November 2001, China and ASEAN reached a consensus to be completed within the next 10 years
