四冢一号楚墓(M1)位于湖北省荆门市东南约45公里的丘陵地带,属沙洋区烟垢镇四冢村。东距汉水约8公里,南距长湖约18公里,西距207国道约27公里(图一)。墓地为南北走向的自然岗地,约长300、宽100米。墓地中部偏东原保存有大小不同的4座古冢,南北排列。四冢村因此而得名。分布在南的2座古冢,60年代因农田水利建设被夷平;分布在北的2座古冢,现残存封土堆。M1为由南向北排列的第2座。四冢村村民建房时将M1墓坑局部破
One of the four mounds Chu tombs (M1) is located in Hubei Province, Jingmen City, about 45 km southeast of the hilly area, is Shayang District smelt town four mound village. About 8 km east of Han River, about 18 km south of Lake, about 207 km State Road 207 kilometers west (Figure 1). Cemetery for the natural post to the north and south, about 300, 100 meters wide. Two ancient mounds distributed in the south were destroyed in the 1960s due to farmland water conservancy construction. Two ancient mounds distributed in the north now contain mounds of earth mounds. M1 is the second from south to north. Four mound village villagers will be built when the M1 pit partial broken
