介绍了基于ADAM4060及ADAM4080D模块实现对“温度测控装置”的远程控制系统:整体系统为一单闭环控制模型,根据给定和反馈信号的偏差,使用工程中普遍应用的PID调节器进行温度控制;系统的PID控制器在PC机中实现,控制动作机构由继电器控制的14级炉丝组和冷却风扇实现,反馈环节由温度传感器和一些变换电路组成;连接PC机与控制机构、反馈环节的就是ADAM系列模块;ADAM系列支持RS485协议的串行通讯,从而实现了远程测控。本系统设计的目的是远程控制并显示被控对象的温度。
The remote control system based on ADAM4060 and ADAM4080D modules is introduced. The overall system is a single closed-loop control model. According to the deviation of given and feedback signals, the PID regulator commonly used in the project is used for temperature Control; the system PID controller is implemented in the PC, the control action mechanism is realized by the relay controlled 14-stage furnace wire group and the cooling fan, the feedback loop consists of the temperature sensor and some transformation circuits; the connection PC and the control mechanism, the feedback link ADAM series of modules; ADAM series supports RS485 protocol serial communications, enabling remote monitoring and control. The purpose of this system design is to remotely control and display the temperature of the controlled object.
