×××,男,38岁,住院号14828。患者于76年元月6日在本单位安装红宝石激光器时,不慎被激光烧伤左眼。当时感左眼前有一长条黑影晃动,中央部较浓,视物模糊不清,无红肿及其他不适。曾在本单位经静脉注射葡萄糖,氢化可的松、维生素C,内服维生素B_1、维生素AD等,治疗后无好转。于元月8日来院行高压氧治疗。眼部检查:视力:右1.5,左0.02(不能矫正)。右眼正常。左眼外眼无异常,角膜透明,前房清晰。虹膜纹理清楚,两瞳孔等大等圆,对光反应灵敏。晶体、玻璃体透明。眼底:视神经乳头色泽正常,境界清晰。视网膜反光增强,无渗出及出血,血管正常。黄斑部有一境界较清的团状灰白色渗出物,约1/5PD大小。明显水肿,中心凹反光消失。入院后即行高压氧治疗,同时肌注妥拉苏林25毫克,每日一次;静脉注射40%
