沿海城市作为世界各国与地区政治经济聚集的重要地带,其直接参与世界物流体系的就是港口。而伴随现代物流业的不断发展,港口在整个运输体系中所占据的战略地位也在逐步加强,并日渐发挥出了其重要的作用。同时,在现代港口中,特别是集装箱码头作为全球综合运输网络的一个重要节点,其功能将更加广泛。因此,文章以秦皇岛港集装箱码头为例,对其当前管理现状与存在的问题进行分析,进而构建一个精细化管理体系。
Coastal cities, as important areas where the political economy of all countries and regions in the world gather, are the ports that directly participate in the world logistics system. With the continuous development of the modern logistics industry, the strategic position occupied by the port in the whole transportation system is also gradually strengthened and has played an increasingly important role. At the same time, modern ports, especially container terminals, as an important node in the global transport network, will have more extensive functions. Therefore, the article takes Qinhuangdao Port Container Terminal as an example, analyzes its current management status and existing problems, and then constructs a fine management system.
