西咪替丁是一组胺 H2 受体拮抗剂 ,在治疗消化道溃疡方面具有显著疗效 .本研究以西咪替丁为主要成份 ,制成糊剂 ,局部使用治疗轻型复发性口腔溃疡 ,要求在发病第 1天使用 ,通过自身对照观察 ,使用此糊剂后愈合期明显缩短 ,呈显著性差异 p<0 .0 1 ,在治疗 6 2例病例中 ,显效 2 1例 33.87% ,有效 38例 6 1.2 9% ,欠佳 3例 4 .84 % ,6 2例匀具有良好止痛效果
