碱性磷酸酶(ALP)是生物矿化过程中重要的酶。本试验的目的在于证实ALP与等离子喷涂钛种植体联合使用是否增加骨的形成,从而为种植术后加速愈合缩短修复重建时间提供依据。 材料和方法 选用8只成熟的新西兰雄兔,每一动物在混合麻醉下于膝关节股骨关节面植入2个种植体。其中8个在ALP浸液中放置30min,另8个作为对照。ALP浸液由腓肠肌提取,其中含ALP 500μg,6000活性单位。分别于术后2,3,4,8周取出种植体及其周围组织,树脂包埋,每一标本制成3张磨片,品红及甲苯胺蓝染色,ALP染色,光镜观察。
Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) is an important enzyme in biomineralization. The purpose of this experiment is to confirm whether the combined use of ALP and plasma-sprayed titanium implants increases the formation of bone, so as to provide a basis for accelerating healing and shortening the repair and reconstruction time after planting. MATERIALS AND METHODS Eight mature New Zealand male rabbits were selected. Each animal was implanted with two implants on the femoral articular surface of the knee under mixed anesthesia. Eight of them were placed in ALP solution for 30 min and the other 8 were used as control. ALP extract from the gastrocnemius muscle, which contains ALP 500μg, 6000 activity units. The implants and their surrounding tissues were taken out at 2, 3, 4, and 8 weeks after operation. The specimens were embedded in resin. Three discs were made from each specimen. Magenta and toluidine blue staining, ALP staining and light microscopy were performed.
